Negi Opticals was started by Late Shri Mehtab Singh Negi in 1987. He started his journey in professional world at a very young age. During his early childhood, he entered in the optical industry and started working right from the very basic. Over the years, build his experience and expertise as a technician.
Came back to Chandigarh in 1960s and again started working at VISION AIDS Sector 22, which was the oldest Optical shop at that time. During his tenure of working as a practitioner, he started his own journey from his house in around 1983. With his sheer determination and hard work, he continued to do the day job and continued to grow his own business at his home.Finally in 1987, Late Shri Mehtab Singh Negi rented a shop in Sector 7 Chandigarh. And since then there is no looking back. With the same determination towards his work, he was able to build a trust among his customers. Mr. Praveen Negi, his youngest son also joined him at his very young age. He learned the nitty gritty of the business from his father and had the same attitude of hard work towards his business.
Currently, Mr. Praveen Negi is heading Negi Opticals. Under his supervision, Negi Opticals now has 3 stores in Sector 7 market of Chandigarh. He is a certified Optometrist . He is also authorized from many big Eyewear brands. He is also joined in by the third generation, Mr Rohit Negi who is also a certified Optician.
